We are pleased to invite you to a special session hosted by AmCham’s Committee on Rule of Law and Legal Affairs, focused on the recent establishment of the Texas Business Court. In 2024, Texas created this specialized court, modeled after similar institutions in New York and Delaware. Its aim is to provide a business-friendly forum for resolving commercial disputes, potentially encouraging companies to relocate to Texas and litigate there rather than in other states or through arbitration. We will feature distinguished panelists from both the United States and Mexico, offering cross-border insights into how this development may impact companies with operations on both sides of the border.
